Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
10+ years in airline, transportation, or related industries with solution delivery.
Proven track record in solution development, project management, and client engagement.
Strong understanding of industry challenges, regulations, and tech trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the strategic vision for ATI solutions in alignment with the head of ATi.
Lead design and delivery of tailored airline and transport solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams for delivery.
Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies.
Oversee project management to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.
Drive innovation and identify new opportunities with cutting-edge tech.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the solutions team.
