iTalenters in Viladecans near Barcelona is recruiting an Application Support Engineer to join a small, international logistics team. You will handle internal user support (L1/L2), translate business needs into technical requirements, and collaborate with IT/development across regions.

Based in Barcelona, you’ll work in a 3-person tech squad, with 90% internal support and occasional client interfacing, while benefiting from a hybrid model, 37.5-hour weeks, 26 vacation days, and private health

Formación

• 1–3 years in functional application support (L1/L2).
• Practical SQL for incident investigation (SELECT, JOINs, filters).
• Bridge between business users and technical teams.
• Experience with functional testing, UAT, and deployments.
• Fluent English and Spanish (min B2–C1).

Responsabilidades

• Resolving incidents and ensuring business continuity.
• Translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Acting as a link between users and IT/development teams.
• Supporting system improvements, releases, and new features.
• Collaborating with international teams across regions.
• Contributing to onboarding and training as the team grows.
