iTalenters in Viladecans near Barcelona is recruiting an Application Support Engineer to join a small, international logistics team. You will handle internal user support (L1/L2), translate business needs into technical requirements, and collaborate with IT/development across regions.

Based in Barcelona, you’ll work in a 3-person tech squad, with 90% internal support and occasional client interfacing, while benefiting from a hybrid model, 37.5-hour weeks, 26 vacation days, and private health

Formación

• 1–3 years in functional application support (L1/L2).
• Practical SQL for incident investigation (SELECT, JOINs, filters).
• Bridge between business users and technical teams.
• Experience with functional testing, UAT, and deployments.
• Fluent English and Spanish (min B2–C1).

We're launching a new team of Application Support Engineers to form a core part of our global support operation. You’ll work within a 3-person technical team in Barcelona, focusing on internal user support (90%) and occasionally interfacing with key external clients (10%).

Your main responsibilities:

• Resolving incidents and ensuring business continuity
• Translating business needs into technical requirements
• Acting as a link between users and IT/development teams
• Supporting system improvements, releases, and new features
• Collaborating with international teams across regions
• Contributing to onboarding and training as the team grows

Tech stack:

SQL (advanced queries & troubleshooting), Proprietary Logistics Platform, CargoWise, SAP, TMS, ERPs (finance), Collaboration Tools (Teams, etc.), Agile mindset.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in functional application support (L1/L2).
• Practical SQL experience for incident investigation, including SELECT queries, JOINs, filters and data analysis.
• Ability to understand business processes and act as a bridge between business users and technical/development teams.
• Experience with functional testing, UAT, change validation and/or application deployments.
• Fluent English (minimum B2–C1) and Spanish.
