The Role: Flexible, On-Demand Operational Support

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Local Support Assistant in Spain to provide essential on-site operational support at our local office. This is not a full-time or part-time employee position.

• This is a freelance, on-demand engagement.
• Work is sporadic and scheduled in advance based on operational needs (e.g., specific days for shipments, inventory checks).
• There are no fixed or guaranteed weekly hours.
• You will be contacted for specific tasks or interventions as they arise, typically during standard Monday-Friday business hours in Spain.

Key Responsibilities

• Shipment Coordination: Prepare, document, and track all office shipments (incoming/outgoing) with carriers like DHL/FedEx.
• Inventory Management: Perform scheduled checks of office equipment and supplies, maintaining accurate digital records.
• On-Site Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for technical troubleshooting, diagnosing hardware/software issues, and liaising with vendors to resolve infrastructure or logistical roadblocks.
