Qualifications

• Fluent in German (speaking and writing).
• Experience in customer service or travel-related sectors is advantageous.
• Able to navigate multiple software platforms.
• EU passport or right to work in the EU required.

Responsibilities

• Handle travel inquiries and reservations for premium clients.
• Advise on flight, hotel, and vehicle bookings while considering constraints.
• Resolve scheduling issues and travel disruptions professionally.
• Serve as the primary contact delivering high-quality travel support.
• Maintain accurate customer records and travel documents.
