Avantor is seeking a German-speaking Talent Acquisition Partner to shape European talent pipelines. You will research, engage, and provide top candidates, partnering with Hiring Managers and Business Partners to understand role requirements and timelines.

You will leverage market insights and diverse sourcing channels across Europe, focusing on the DACH region, building candidate pools, screening applicants, and delivering well-qualified shortlists with an excellent candidate experience.

Formación

• Proven experience in talent sourcing and recruitment.
• Experience with in-house or RPO environments.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsabilidades

• Research, engage and shortlist top candidates for European roles.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across Europe.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone/virtual interviews to assess fit and potential.
