Factorial is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist (German speaker) to support GTM DACH teams as we scale our market presence. You will join an international team of recruiters building top talent for Western Europe and ROW.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, partner with Hiring Managers, and lead the process from screening to offer, ensuring a superb candidate experience. The role offers a salary budget of 30,000€ to 40,000€ OTE, with benefits such as Cobee, Payflow salary advances, health

Formación

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition internationally (German, DACH, Western markets).
• Experience hiring across multiple functions from sales to engineering.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, interviews, coordination with hiring teams, and feedback.
• Screen candidates via resume reviews, phone interviews, assessments, and behavioral interviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing to understand needs and priorities.
• Strategize talent pipelines through sourcing methods, events, community management.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience at all stages.
• Source passive candidates across multiple channels.
• Support People Analytics, Recruitment Training, Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion projects.
