Job summary

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our client's operations in Málaga Centro on a permanent, office-based contract. You will be the friendly voice for German-speaking parents using an international tech brand that keeps families connected and safe.

Youll handle frontline support by phone, chat and email, assist with device setup and subscriptions, and explain technical topics in simple language. Work hours are Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (C1 or higher), written and spoken.
• Comfortable with computers and apps, quick to learn new systems.
• Calm, patient and empathetic, even when a customer is stressed or frustrated.
• Self-driven with strong communication; customer service experience is a plus, but attitude matters most.
• Legally able to work in Spain; start 16 November or early December.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support to customers in the German market by phone, chat and email.
• Help parents with device setup, activation, app questions, subscriptions and troubleshooting.
• Explain technical topics in simple, clear and friendly language.
• Log, track and follow up on cases so every customer gets a proper resolution.
• Work with internal teams to solve more complex issues.
