Aretè & Cocchi Technology in Valencia is seeking a Customer Support Agent for the German market. You will provide phone support for connected vehicle services, perform first-level troubleshooting, log cases in CRM, and ensure proper escalation and follow-up to resolution.

The role requires native or high-level German, a high school diploma or technical training, and strong communication and data-entry skills.

Formación

• German language proficiency at native or C2 level with strong communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with technical/technological background.
• Ability to troubleshoot apps, connectivity, and digital services.
• Excellent written accuracy and customer orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming German-language calls from customers in the Valencia market.
• Assist with activation and use of connected services, including account management.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and document every case in the CRM.
• Escalate complex issues to back-office and monitor progress.
• Maintain compliance with SLAs and data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with dealership network and internal teams.
