Assist Digital in Valencia seeks a German-speaking customer support specialist to provide first-level assistance for connected vehicle services. You will handle calls, assist with activation and usage, log cases in the CRM, and escalate where needed.

Candidates should have native or high-level German and at least B2 English, a high school diploma, and strong communication and data-entry skills. The role requires on-site presence in Valencia and offers a permanent contract.

Formación

• Native or C2 level German with excellent oral and writing skills.
• English at least B2 level.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with technical/technological exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls in German and outbound calls when required.
• Assist customers with activation and use of connected services and account management.
• Perform initial troubleshooting following scripts and knowledge base.
• Collect data for diagnosis: device details, error messages, and steps taken.
• Create, update, and close cases in the CRM; document interactions precisely.
• Escalate complex cases to back-office and keep customers updated.
• Handle complaints with empathy and protect brand image.
• Follow quality standards, SLAs, and data protection rules.
• Collaborate with Team Leader, QA, and Training for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with dealership network and internal stakeholders.
