Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Inside Sales team in Barcelona. You will drive growth across European markets by penetrating whitespace SMB accounts and engaging senior decision-makers with tailored value propositions.

You will partner with Inside Sales Managers to craft targeted messaging, map accounts, document insights in CRM, and lay a solid foundation for a successful sales career. German (native/fluent) and English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales prospecting, ideally within SaaS, technology, cloud, or complex B2B services.
• Strong knowledge of multi-channel outreach strategies, discovery methodology, and value-based selling.
• Native-level German and business fluent English oral and written communication.
• Analytical curiosity to perform high-level business diagnostics in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel outbound outreach to engage high-intent prospects.
• Perform discovery and qualification to uncover key customer challenges.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales Managers to develop targeted messaging for vertical personas.
• Map whitespace accounts and establish rapport with senior decision-makers.
• Document customer pain points and relationship dynamics in CRM for seamless handoffs.
