Lighthouse in Barcelona is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative for the Dutch-speaking market. You’ll be the first impression for hotels, opening conversations, building pipeline, and coordinating with our BDMs to drive meetings.

Fluent in Dutch and English with 1–2 years of outbound sales experience, you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, embrace AI-enabled tools, and own your results in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communication, business management, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years outbound sales experience.
• Fluent in English and Dutch with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open conversations with Dutch-speaking hotels and build the sales pipeline.
• Qualify leads and coordinate product demos with Business Development Managers.
• Maintain high-volume, high-quality outreach in Dutch and English.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to optimize the sales process.
• Own your results and keep pipeline data clean in CRM.
