Doofinder in Madrid is seeking a proactive Technical Support Agent to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues. You will engage with customers via emails, calls, and 1:1 meetings, helping them understand and get the most from Doofinder's technology while digging into logs and code-level details.

You will work with a diverse, international team, requiring fluency in English and Spanish and native German, with a permanent contract and growth opportunities in a fast-growing

Formación

• Experience in technical customer support or similar technical customer-facing roles.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with hands-on debugging approach.
• Comfortable reading logs, HTTP requests/responses and using browser dev tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
• Ability to lead calls and meetings and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required); German is native.
• EU work permit is required.

Responsabilidades

• Address customer product and technical issues via email, calls, and 1:1 meetings.
• Investigate incidents end-to-end: reproduce issues, inspect logs, and identify root causes.
• Ensure customers understand how to use Doofinder and maximize value.
• Explain complex topics clearly to customers.
• Collaborate with Development to escalate and resolve issues.
• Balance multiple priorities with a solution-focused mindset.
• Take initiative, work independently, and contribute to team success.
• Build strong relationships as a trusted technical contact.
• Collect customer feedback to suggest product and support improvements.
