OneTrust is seeking a Business Development Representative (German speaker) in Madrid, Spain. You will qualify inbound leads, build relationships, and coordinate meetings with Account Executives to drive revenue.

The role requires 1–3 years of sales experience, fluent German, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Communications. Salesforce experience is preferred and a performance-driven, collaborative mindset is essential.

Formación

• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Fluent in German.
• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business or Communications) or equivalent.
• Experience meeting monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM is preferred.
• Previous cold call experience.

Responsabilidades

• Qualify inbound leads from website and marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with prospects and coordinate meetings with Account Executives.
• Demonstrate understanding of OneTrust offerings to answer questions and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
