Job summary

Cb Talents is seeking a German-speaking Google Ads Sales & Onboarding Specialist to support Google Ads clients in the German market from Barcelona. This hybrid, full-time role combines onboarding, consultative sales, and PPC optimization to drive client growth.

You will build long-term relationships, craft tailored strategies, and work with an international team to meet ambitious sales targets while delivering strong ROI for advertisers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Master’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Business is a plus.
• Native-level German and high English proficiency.
• Minimum 2 years in sales, business development, marketing, account management, or similar.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales technologies.
• Interest in digital advertising, PPC, and online marketing.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new Google Ads advertisers in the German market.
• Develop tailored PPC strategies to meet client goals.
• Drive outbound sales and identify opportunities to grow ad spend.
• Maintain CRM records and track opportunities and follow-ups.
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure exceptional service.
