Hiring International Academy in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Google Ads Sales and Onboarding Specialist to manage a portfolio of clients, onboard new customers, and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced, international setting.

You will combine strong communication with a commercial mindset, regularly using AI-assisted tools and CRM to optimize campaigns, nurture relationships, and hit ambitious KPIs while relocating support is available.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• C2 level of German and high level of English, both written and spoken.
• 2+ years of proven sales and/or marketing experience in target-driven environments.
• Regularly integrates AI tools into workflows and interprets insights to personalize outreach; experienced in CRM systems.
• Deep understanding of German market etiquette and regional digital marketing ecosystems.
• Awareness of GDPR and data privacy regulations for compliant outreach.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills; ability to explain complex ROI questions clearly.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new clients and understand objectives to develop strategic PPC campaigns.
• Drive revenue growth by outbound selling and upselling campaigns.
• Engage with the German market to identify customer needs and solutions.
• Manage a high volume of accounts and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Meet or exceed sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Build lasting relationships with stakeholders and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Adapt strategies quickly to changing customer needs and priorities.
