Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Onboarding Account Manager to join our Barcelona team. You will onboard clients to Google Ads, design high-performing campaigns, and nurture relationships across the German market, enabling growth and reducing churn.

The role requires German C2 and strong English, a relevant degree, and 2+ years in sales/marketing/account management. Hybrid Barcelona office with relocation support and a clear career path.

Formación

• C2 German and strong English required.
• BA/BS degree; MA/MSc preferred.
• 2+ years in sales, marketing, or account management.
• Experience with CRM systems, marketing technologies, and AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new clients to Google Ads platform.
• Build strategic, high-performing PPC campaigns.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Reduce churn and increase product adoption.
• Identify upsell opportunities and drive growth.
• Provide consulting to German market clients.
