Cross Border Talents is seeking a Google Ads Sales and Onboarding Specialist (German Speaker) in Barcelona, Spain. You will onboard clients, craft PPC strategies, and drive outbound revenue while expanding our German market presence.

Ideal candidates combine strong communication with a commercial mindset, working in an international environment and leveraging AI tools to personalize outreach.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent practical experience; MA/MSc preferred.
• German language at C2 and high-level English.
• 2+ years in sales/marketing with client wins.
• Familiar with AI tools and CRM enhancements.
• GDPR and data privacy awareness.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Independent, proactive, and team-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new clients and tailor PPC plans for immediate impact.
• Drive revenue by outbound calls and upsell campaigns.
• Engage with German market to identify needs and solutions.
• Manage a high-volume client base and maintain CRM data.
• Meet or exceed sales KPIs in a fast-paced setup.
• Build relationships and provide timely issue resolutions.
• Adapt to changing client needs and priorities.
