Cross Border Talents in Barcelona, Spain is seeking a Google Ads Sales and Onboarding Specialist (German Speaker) to drive client onboarding, sales growth, and strategic PPC campaigns. You will manage a portfolio of German-speaking clients, deepen relationships, and identify revenue opportunities.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, 2+ years in sales/marketing, and comfort using AI tools and CRMs in a fast-paced, international environment.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience (MA/MSc preferred).
• German (C2) and English language proficiency.
• 2+ years sales/marketing experience in target-driven environments.
• Experience with AI tools and CRM enhancements.
• Understanding of GDPR and data privacy in outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ROI questions handling.
• Independent yet collaborative work style.
• Analytical ability to assess market trends and competitors.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new clients and develop strategic PPC campaigns.
• Drive sales and revenue growth through outbound calls.
