Cross Border Talents in Barcelona, Spain (On-site) is seeking a German-speaking Google Ads Sales & Onboarding Specialist. The role focuses on onboarding new business clients, guiding them through Google Ads solutions, and identifying sales opportunities to drive growth.
The successful candidate will close sales and coach clients toward success, working in an international team with performance bonuses and a dynamic Barcelona base.
Formación
- Native or near-native German language proficiency (C1/C2).
- Good command of English (B2+).
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented; motivated to exceed performance targets.
- Previous experience in sales, customer success, account management, or digital marketing.
Responsabilidades
- Guide new business clients through onboarding for a leading online advertising platform.
- Consult on digital advertising solutions tailored to client goals.
- Identify sales opportunities and recommend relevant products.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
