Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Sales and Onboarding Specialist for Google Ads. You will onboard clients, drive growth in the German market, and deliver PPC campaigns as a trusted advisor. This is a hybrid role with a clear focus on growth, retention and client advocacy.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales/marketing, fluent German and English, and strong communication and analytical skills to thrive in a dynamic team.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of proven sales and/or marketing experience.
• German at C2 level and English at C1 level.
• Strong communication, time management and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard a portfolio of new clients and drive growth in the German market.
• Act as trusted advisor delivering Google Ads solutions and PPC campaigns.
• Minimize churn and identify opportunities for advocacy.
• Thrive in a goal-oriented environment with a proactive approach.
