Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Barcelona, Spain, is hiring a Business Development Representative with German to drive new client acquisition for Gen AI Ads Solutions. This hybrid, full-time role requires a proactive hunter with strong digital marketing knowledge who can identify, engage, and close new clients.

You will work Monday to Friday in a hybrid setup, with a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus an uncapped on-target bonus of €5,175 and additional referral incentives.

Qualifications

• Language skills: German C1 and English B2 required.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem).
• Experience in pre-sales/lead qualification.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Experience in outbound sales and cold calling.

Purpose of the Role: This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and closing new clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with strong digital marketing knowledge and a passion for consultative sales. Having curiosity, a commercial drive and a customer-centric approach are critical.

Requirements

• Language Skills: C1 level of German and B2 level of English
• Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem, advanced client knowledge)
• Experience in pre-sales/lead qualification
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
• Experience in outbound sales and cold calling
