Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and target-driven German-speaking Enterprise Inside Sales Representative to join our Enterprise Sales team in Barcelona. You will drive net new revenue, manage opportunities under 25k, and consistently hit monthly quotas while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Proven Sales Experience: cold calling, pipeline generation, negotiating deals, overcoming objections, and closing sales in a target-driven environment.
• Fluent German language skills.
• Strong Sales Technology Proficiency: Salesforce, LinkedIn, Zoom/Teams.

• Drive Pipeline & Sales Execution: Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
• Collaborate for Account Growth: Partner with AEs, SDRs, and ops to execute strategies and re-engage accounts.
• Ensure Deal & SLA Alignment: Lead negotiations, respond to RFPs, and track activity in Salesforce.
