Job summary

Recruitment Direct is seeking a German-speaking Sales Representative for our Barcelona-based digital ads team. You will build and manage a portfolio of SMB clients across the DACH market, guiding them through the sales cycle and optimizing campaigns for measurable growth.

In this full-time, hybrid role, you’ll earn a €24,310 gross/year base salary plus up to €4,290 gross/year in performance bonuses, with relocation support and ongoing training to develop your digital marketing and sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• C2-level German and strong English communication skills.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in target-driven or high-value sales.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into new advertising customers.
• Build and manage your own portfolio of SMB clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and expand existing customer relationships.
• Understand clients’ business objectives and recommend relevant advertising solutions.
• Guide customers through the complete sales process, from initial contact to campaign launch.
• Advise clients on how to optimize their digital advertising campaigns and maximize performance.
• Develop effective sales strategies to increase revenue and customer profitability.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and become a trusted digital advertising advisor.
• Consistently achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
• Use CRM systems and customer data to manage opportunities and drive growth.
