Hiring International in Barcelona, Spain, seeks a German-speaking sales professional for a full-time hybrid role. You will manage new business clients, build relationships in the German market, and conduct consultative outbound sales for digital advertising.

The position offers a €26,000 base gross annual salary, up to €4,000 gross annual performance bonus, and total OTE of up to €30,000, with paid training and ongoing development.

Formación

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2).
• Good level of English (B2 or higher).
• Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Digital Marketing is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard a portfolio of new business clients and manage relationships in the German market.
• Conduct consultative outbound sales activities.
• Understand clients' objectives and recommend digital advertising solutions.
• Guide customers through onboarding and ensure a seamless experience.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and monitor performance.
