Talentia Connect is seeking a Hybrid German Sales Representative in Barcelona to onboard clients and drive product adoption through effective PPC strategies. The ideal candidate is a fluent German speaker with sales experience in IT and a solid understanding of digital advertising.

Formación

• Native or fluent German (C1-C2) with a good level of English.
• 1+ years of experience in cold calling and IT outbound sales prospecting.
• Strong sales skills to identify decision makers.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new clients and build customer relationships.
• Develop and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns.
• Make outbound calls to promote services.

Conocimientos

Fluent German (C1-C2)

Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms

Support an exciting Digital Marketing Ads project! We are looking for German-speaking talent to onboard high-potential companies, drive product adoption, and help clients grow through impactful PPC strategies.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and build strong customer relationships
• Develop and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns
• Make outbound calls to promote services and identify client needs
• Increase campaign spend through upselling and strategic guidance
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage a high volume of daily calls

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (C1-C2) + good level of English
• EU Passport or Spanish Residence Card
• 1+ years of experience in cold calling and IT outbound sales prospecting
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to persuade and identify decision makers
• Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, confident, and competitive
• Solid understanding of digital advertising and social media platforms
• Full-time HYBRID role in Barcelona
