TP Spain in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Representative to join our dynamic team on a Digital Marketing Ads project. You will help businesses grow through smart online advertising solutions and become a specialist advisor for German market campaigns.

This full-time, hybrid role offers a base of 24,310€ with performance bonuses up to 4,290€ annually, relocation support, private health insurance, and clear paths for growth in a tech-driven environment.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent in German (C2) and English.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in high-stakes environments.
• Strong closing skills with SMB leads.
• CRM experience and ability to leverage AI tools in outreach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue by converting qualified leads into customers.
• Acquire new advertisers for Google Ads products.
• Manage your own client portfolio and optimize campaigns.
• Work toward individual sales targets in a target-driven environment.
• Understand customer needs and align with product solutions.
• Develop sales strategies to maximize market potential.
• Guide SMB leads through the sales process to successful launches.
