Job summary
Webfleet is seeking a full-time Customer Support Specialist to join our Barcelona office. You will join a dynamic UKI-focused team, reporting to the Regional Team Leader, and provide technical and administrative support across multiple channels.
The role requires strong English communication, a background in technical customer support, and comfort with CRM systems like Salesforce. You will work in a hybrid model with opportunities to travel and collaborate across regions.
Qualifications
- Experience in technical customer support or similar role.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication in English with UKI market experience.
- Able to be proactive, reactive and detail oriented.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide product information and technical/administrative support via phone and email.
- Deliver personalized customer experiences and solve issues while maintaining satisfaction.
- Proactively manage customer expectations.
- Update CRM (Salesforce) with all relevant information.
- Coordinate with peers and cross-departments to provide thorough answers.
