Job summary

WW Talents in Greece is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Athens. You will handle inquiries and resolve issues across phone, email, and chat.

The role includes onboarding and training, a relocation package, and a generous bonus scheme based on project performance. Fluency in German (C1/C2) and good English (B2-C1) are required, with prior CS experience preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• German language level: C1/C2 or equivalent.
• English proficiency: B2-C1 for training and internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented, professional and solution-driven mindset.
• Comfortable in an international and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email and chat.
• Assist customers with general inquiries, product and service information, orders and account-related requests.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally with timely, effective solutions.
• Record interactions accurately using CRM and support systems.
• Deliver friendly, professional, solution-oriented support throughout the journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Follow procedures, service standards and quality guidelines.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
