WW Talents seeks a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Piraeus, Athens, for on-site work. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat and aim to provide outstanding customer support in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have C1/C2 German and English at B2-C1, with prior customer service experience preferred. The role offers a relocation package and performance-based bonuses, with rotating shifts and weekend availability.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Follow company procedures, service standards, and quality guidelines.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Are you a German speaker looking to build an international career? Join an international team in Athens, Greece, and provide customer support for well-known premium brands while developing your communication and customer service skills and gaining valuable experience in a multicultural working environment.

Work Location: Piraeus, Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-site (Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts; Rotating working hours
Salary: €1,300 gross paid over 14- month + bonuses + Monthly productivity bonuses based on target achievement, with amounts varying by project (up to €240)+full relocation package (4 week hotel accommodation, real estate agency fee, flight ticket,airport pick up)

Your Role

As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional customer support, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with general inquiries, product and service information, orders, and account-related requests
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, providing timely and effective solutions
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records using CRM and customer support systems

What We Are Looking For

• C1/C2 level German

• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, technical support, helpdesk, call center, or contact center is preferred but not essential
