Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative in Piraeus/Athens, Greece. You will provide professional support in German across phone, email and chat, handling inquiries and orders while ensuring a positive customer experience in an international setting.

The role is on-site with rotating hours and includes a relocation package. Salary is €1,300 gross monthly, paid over 14 months, plus bonuses and productivity incentives tied to project targets.

Qualifications

• German language at C1/C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level.
• Experience in customer service or call center is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with general inquiries, orders and account-related requests.
• Handle customer concerns professionally, providing timely solutions.
• Document customer interactions in CRM systems accurately.
• Deliver friendly, professional, solution-oriented support throughout the customer journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Follow company procedures and quality guidelines.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
