WW Talents in Athens, Greece is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide professional support across phone, email, and chat channels. You will help customers with inquiries, process orders, and ensure a positive experience in a dynamic, international setting.

The role offers on-site work, structured onboarding, and a relocation package to support your move. Fluency in German and English is required, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• German language at C1/C2 level.
• English at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented, professional, and solution-driven mindset.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with general inquiries, product and service information, orders, and account-related requests.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records using CRM and customer support systems.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-oriented support throughout the customer journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
