Qlik is hiring a German-speaking Agentic Customer Success Manager (CSM) focused on the DACH region. You will manage a large base of customers, use data-driven insights, and drive retention and product adoption in a scalable, agentic model.

Fluency in German and English is required, and experience with SaaS and BI tools is preferred. The role blends AI-driven engagement with traditional CS practices, offering growth from Associate CSM to Principal CSM within a globally recognized analytics

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar.
• Experience with SaaS products and data/analytics platforms.
• Fluent in English and German; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a large portfolio of Qlik customers, driving retention and expansion through scalable engagement.
• Analyze customer data and health signals to identify risks and opportunities.
• Design and deliver scalable digital engagement programs (onboarding journeys, webinars, automated touchpoints).
• Help customers increase adoption and value from Qlik cloud and on-prem products.
• Measure and refine the effectiveness of CS programs to improve outcomes.
