Graitec Group is seeking a Customer Success Specialist - German Native Speaker for SMB accounts. The role focuses on engagement, renewal execution, adoption, and revenue growth across the customer lifecycle.

You will perform proactive outreach, CRM-driven prioritisation, and collaboration with Sales, Support and Solution teams to retain customers and identify opportunities. We value a KPI-driven, process-oriented professional with experience in SaaS or technology businesses.

Formación

• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Experience handling a large portfolio of SMB customers is preferred.
• Strong CRM usage and data-driven approach to customer success.

Responsabilidades

• Own renewal activities and follow-up to support retention and recurring revenue.
• Manage portfolio productivity and ensure targets are met with timely customer contact.
• Communicate clearly with customers via phone, email and digital channels; collaborate with Sales, Support and Solutions teams.
• Drive adoption and engagement through onboarding and relevant resources.
• Follow standardized customer lifecycle processes and contribute ideas for process improvement.
• Maintain accurate renewal status and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities in CRM.
