Lingo-nova in Barcelona is seeking a driven sales professional to win new business for its generative AI advertising solutions. You will identify and engage prospects through inbound and outbound channels, guiding them to signed deals with a consultative approach.

You bring 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, fluent German (C1) and English (B2), and a hands-on CRM background. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams in a fast-paced, international environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven sales professional to join a leading AI company's team in Barcelona and win new business for its generative AI advertising solutions. You will find and engage prospects through both inbound and outbound channels, then guide them to a signed deal. Your digital marketing knowledge and consultative style will help you present solutions tailored to each client's goals.

Your Day-to-Day

• Reach prospects through inbound and outbound outreach: cold calls, email and social selling


• Create new opportunities and keep your sales pipeline full


• Understand each client's needs and propose AI advertising solutions that fit their goals


• Take deals from first contact all the way to closing


• Meet and exceed your revenue and activity targets


• Log all sales activity accurately in the CRM


• Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and handover to customer success


• Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when relevant

About You

• German at C1 level and English at B2 level


• Strong knowledge of digital marketing: SEO, PPC and the wider ads ecosystem


• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience, including proven B2B sales or business development


• Experience in pre-sales or lead qualification


• Outbound sales and cold calling experience, with the ability to find your own prospects


• Strong communication skills, including confidence with C-level executives


• Hands-on CRM experience and experience managing or working with databases


• A revenue- and target-driven mindset


• Well organized, with good time managementAble to work on your own and as part of a team, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
