Qualifications

• German language at C2 level and English at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients via inbound and outbound prospecting, including cold calling and email outreach.

• Build and manage a sales pipeline for the German-speaking market.

€30,000 gross annual base salary + uncapped performance bonus

Ready to combine your sales experience with the growing world of AI-powered advertising?

We’re looking for a German-speaking Business Development Representative to help businesses discover advertising solutions powered by generative AI.

Bring at least one year of outbound sales experience, confidence in cold calling and the motivation to win new business. Previous digital marketing experience is not required!

What will you do?

• Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach and social selling.
• Qualify leads, understand business needs and recommend tailored AI advertising solutions.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for the German-speaking market.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing new business.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Achieve individual revenue and activity targets.
• Keep accurate sales records in Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding and handover.
