Job summary

We are seeking a German-speaking Business Developer to join Barcelona Activa in Barcelona. You will drive top-line revenue growth by identifying high-value opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and closing new partnerships in the DACH region.

You will use consultative sales strategies and work cross-functionally with onboarding and account management teams to ensure client success. The role requires native German (C1) and strong English (B2), 1+ year of B2B sales, and a solid understanding of

Qualifications

• Native-level or fluent German with C1
• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience
• Solid understanding of drug discovery and development
• Strong English communication skills (B2/B2)

Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement & Qualification with enterprise clients
• Perform discovery to identify business challenges and propose AI advertising solutions
• Drive deal conversion and articulate ROI of the AI platform
• Maintain pipeline and target quarterly revenue goals
• Log activities in Salesforce and report to Sales Management
• Coordinate with onboarding, account management and customer success teams
• Provide smooth transition for new clients and upsell opportunities
