Job summary

Ignite in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative & Sales Executive to accelerate our AI technology solutions across the DACH region. You will identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, and close partnerships in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

German fluency at C1 level and strong business English (B2).
Minimum 1 year of documented success in B2B sales or outbound prospecting.
Experience using enterprise CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
Commercial mindset with a target-driven, resilient work ethic.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement with potential enterprise clients through multi-channel prospecting.
Conduct discovery conversations to identify business challenges and present AI advertising solutions.
Steer accounts through early sales stages and articulate ROI of the AI platform.
Maintain prospecting momentum to meet quarterly revenue goals and KPIs.
Log all activities and pipeline updates in Salesforce for visibility.
Collaborate with onboarding, account management, and customer success teams for smooth handoffs.
