Perk is seeking an Account Manager Support DACH to ensure customer happiness across Travel and Spend products in the DACH region. You will act as the main client advocate, resolve issues with cross-functional teams, and educate customers on new features.

In this role you’ll manage a large portfolio of longtail customers, prioritize inbound inquiries, and uncover growth opportunities within your accounts, including cross-sell between Travel and Spend.

Formación

• Native or advanced level of German and fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a large portfolio of Longtail customers across Travel and Spend products with a high volume of inbound messages.
• Act as Perk's advocate for clients and educate them on new features across Travel and Spend.
• Identify common issues and build efficient processes to manage inbound inquiries at scale.
• Develop deep product knowledge of Perk's Travel and Spend offerings to support customers end-to-end.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts, including cross-sell between Travel and Spend.
