Perk is seeking an Account Manager Support DACH to ensure our customers in the DACH region feel valued and supported across Travel and Spend products. You will be a proactive problem-solver, building trust and driving satisfaction while identifying opportunities for account growth.

You will manage high inbound message volume, collaborate with technical teams, and educate clients on new features. This role offers a hybrid work model with relocation options for the right candidate.

Formación

• Native or advanced level of German and fluent English.
• Interest in the Travel industry and/or SaaS products.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Customer-focused with a passion for problem-solving.
• A Team Player, keen to collaborate with cross-functional departments.
• Eager to create efficiencies and open to AI and other tech to streamline your work.
• Basic commercial acumen to identify growth opportunities, including cross-product potential.
• Motivation and hunger to learn!

Responsabilidades

• Manage a large portfolio of Longtail customers across Travel and Spend products, handling a high volume of inbound messages.
• Advocate for clients within Perk and educate on new product features across Travel and Spend.
• Identify common problems and develop efficient processes to manage inbound flow.
• Gain a deep understanding of Perk's Travel and Spend products to support customer journeys.
• Reveal growth opportunities within your portfolio, including cross-sell between Travel and Spend.
