Perk is hiring an Account Manager Support DACH to ensure our customers in the DACH region feel supported and valued across Travel and Spend products. You will be a proactive problem-solver, building trust with clients and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a 7-star service.

The role suits a self-starter in a fast-paced environment, focused on customer outcomes, with collaboration across departments and eagerness to leverage AI to streamline workflows.

Formación

• German and English language proficiency required.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset.
• Team player, collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a large portfolio of Longtail customers across Travel and Spend products with a high inbound message volume.
• Advocate for clients, coordinate with technical teams, and educate about product features across Travel and Spend.
• Identify common problems, develop processes to handle high inbound flow and reduce recurring issues.
• Gain deep understanding of Perk Travel and Spend products to support customers across both solutions.
• Identify opportunities for growth within accounts, including cross-sell between Travel and Spend.
