Perk is hiring an Account Manager Support DACH to ensure customer happiness and growth across Travel and Spend products. You’ll manage a large portfolio, solve issues quickly, and educate clients on new features, acting as the primary advocate for both clients and internal teams.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional departments, use AI to streamline workflows, and operate in a fast-paced environment with a three-day-per-week in-person hub presence.

Formación

• Native or advanced level of German and fluent English.
• Interest in the Travel industry and/or SaaS products.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Customer-focused with a passion for problem-solving.
• A Team Player, keen to collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Eager to create efficiencies and open to incorporating AI and other tech to streamline your work.
• Basic commercial acumen to identify growth opportunities, including cross-product potential.
• Motivation and hunger to learn!

Responsabilidades

• Manage a large portfolio of Longtail customers across Travel and Spend products by handling a high volume of inbound messages.
• Be Perk's advocate within clients and educate them on new product features across Travel and Spend.
• Identify common problems and develop processes to manage a large inbound message flow.
• Gain deep understanding of Perk's Travel and Spend products to support customers across both solutions.
• Identify opportunities for growth within accounts, including cross-sell between Travel and Spend.
