Job summary

Hiring International in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Sales Onboarding Account Manager to join their hybrid team. You will onboard new business clients in the German market and guide them through the onboarding journey while helping them maximize the value of the digital advertising solutions.

You will build relationships, conduct outbound activities, and work with an international team. The role requires German fluency (C1/C2) and English (B2+), with a base salary of €26,000 per year

Qualifications

• Native German or fluent German (C1/C2).
• English proficiency B2 or higher.
• Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Digital Marketing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal oriented with strong relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Onboard a portfolio of new business clients in the German market.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct consultative outbound sales activities.
• Understand client objectives and tailor digital advertising solutions.
• Guide customers through onboarding and ensure a smooth experience.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor account performance and provide optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a stellar customer experience.
