Hiring İnternational in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Sales Onboarding Account Manager to join a dynamic international team. You will become the trusted advisor for new business clients, guiding them through their onboarding journey while maximizing the value of their digital advertising solutions.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2).
• Good level of English (B2 or higher).
• Sales, account management, customer success or digital marketing experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• EU Citizenship or valid Spanish work permit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and onboard a portfolio of new business clients.
• Build strong relationships with customers in the German market.
• Conduct consultative outbound sales activities.
• Understand clients' business objectives and recommend tailored digital advertising solutions.
• Guide customers through the onboarding journey and ensure a seamless experience.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor account performance and provide optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer documentation.
