Enginy is seeking a Sales Development Representative for the German market based in Barcelona. You will identify and engage German B2B prospects using multi-channel outreach and qualify opportunities for Account Executives.

The role emphasizes building product knowledge of Genesy AI, collaborating with Marketing, and contributing to early expansion playbooks while maintaining strong CRM discipline.

Formación

• Native German speaker with fluent English.
• 1+ year of B2B SDR/outbound sales experience, preferably SaaS/tech.
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills; comfortable cold calls and discovery calls.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage German B2B prospects via outbound channels (email, phone, LinkedIn).
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads and hand over to Account Executives with clear opportunity scoping.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and report on outreach volume, replies, qualified calls, and demos.
