SumUp is seeking a Junior Early LifeCycle Specialist to support onboarding and activation of products for new merchants in Barcelona. You will drive early adoption, monitor activity, and collaborate with sales to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support onboarding for new merchants, guiding setup and activation of SumUp products.
• Drive early product adoption through activation steps, training, and first transactions goals.
• Monitor merchant activity and reach out to inactive users to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure seamless onboarding handovers and continuity.
• Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot onboarding issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
