CBT in Madrid is seeking a German Customer Support Specialist in the banking sector to support German-speaking clients via phone, chat and email. The role offers a 3‑month temporary contract with a permanent contract based on performance, a salary of €22,800 gross per year plus a €1,200 annual bonus, and a paid training with structured onboarding.

Initial training runs 09:00–15:00 for five weeks, then full-time 39h/week.

Role: German Customer Support Specialist – Banking Sector

Location: Madrid

Start Date: 16/09

Contract Structure

• 3-month temporary contract (initial phase)

• Permanent contract based on performance

Salary Package – Madrid

• €22,800 gross/year

  • €1,200 annual performance bonus

Your Responsibilities

As part of the German banking support team, you will:

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat

• Handle banking-related inquiries and front desk incidents

• Deliver fast, accurate, and customer-oriented solutions

• Maintain high service quality standards

• Ensure efficient resolution of customer issues

• Provide professional support to German-speaking clients

Training & Working Hours

Initial Training

First 5 weeks:

• 09:00 – 15:00 (initial schedule)

• Gradual increase up to 35h/week

From Week 6 onwards:

• Full-time: 39h/week

Available Shifts (Madrid Only)

• Morning: 07:00 – 16:00 (8-hour shifts)

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are native German speakers (mandatory)

• Have Spanish level B2 or higher

• Are confident in customer communication

• Can multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Have strong empathy and problem-solving skills

• Have experience in customer service or banking (a plus, not required)

Recruitment Process

• 175-word handwritten German test

• Final review by German banking recruitment manager
