Vortech PCI Group is seeking a Genesys Cloud Software Engineer in Madrid, Spain, to join an international team delivering scalable contact center solutions. The role requires 5+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud and API integrations, REST APIs knowledge, and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will develop customer experience flows, support integrations using Genesys Cloud, and implement routing logic for voice and digital channels. Formación

• 5+ years of experience working with Genesys Cloud, including Architect flows and API integrations.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and programming/scripting (JavaScript, Python, or similar).
• Experience creating technical documentation and flow diagrams in Visio.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain customer experience flows using Genesys Cloud Architect.
• Design and implement solutions using Genesys Cloud and Genesys Engage.
• Build and support integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs, Data Actions, and event-based services.
