Job summary

Morgan Philips Group seeks a General Manager Spain to lead the Spanish subsidiary, report to the Group CEO, and own the development and performance of the business. The role requires an entrepreneurial leader who can build a winning commercial strategy and scale local operations in line with the Group's plan.

Based in León, Spain, you will coordinate with Group functions, drive revenue growth, channel development, and ensure robust go-to-market execution while managing local teams and operations

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial and general management roles, ideally in FMCG or personal care sectors.
• Fluent English and Spanish; knowledge of local regulatory specifics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the Spain business strategy with a focus on growth and profitability.
• Lead P&L, budgeting, cost control, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with Group for alignment with LATAM subsidiaries.
• Scale local operations and optimize processes for efficiency and quality.
• Drive go-to-market execution across beauty, parapharmacies, and online channels.
• Lead and develop local teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
