COYA Marbella is seeking a General Manager to lead the overall operation of the venue, ensuring delivery of the business strategy and alignment with the Corporate Team and Shareholders. You will drive growth, asset management, and oversee Restaurant, Pool and Club operations to achieve financial targets and exceptional guest experiences.

Formación

• Degree in hospitality management or related field with leadership exposure.
• Proven experience leading luxury hospitality or premium F&B operations.
• Track record of managing sizable teams and financial performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead overall operation to deliver the business strategy for COYA Marbella.
• Develop budgets, drive revenue, profitability and efficiency across venues.
• Lead weekly reviews, monitor KPIs, and oversee capital projects.
• Manage recruitment, training, succession planning and performance reviews.
• Inspire guest experience standards and protect the COYA brand values.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to meet objectives.
